Developed strategy for 3i to compete in the upper mid buyout market in Germany. Led 3i Team on successful €1.5bn Scandlines buyout Transaction.
Involved in origination, acquisition, financing, implementation of business plans of various Permira deals.
Management responsibility for new products development (Variotram,Regioshuttle) and reengineering of process, leading to new Pankow assembly site. Projects included Bus, low floor trams and Metro Berlin for BVG.
