MSc Supply Chain Management graduate from CBS with a decade of experience as a non-commissioned officer (NCO) from the Danish Armed Forces. My professional profile is grounded in practical leadership and operational experience from a logistical branch of the military combined with an academic skillset within the fields of business administration and supply chain management. I am known by former managers, colleagues and peers as a well-liked team player who consistently delivers on a high level with a special attention to detail.
Operations and Leadership - Military Police, Copenhagen. Key Responsibilities: * Led and managed complex operations within the Military Police, focusing on strategic planning and execution of domestic missions and operations in collaboration with law enforcement and other specialists from the armed forces. * Coordinated and led training programs focused on military and law enforcement skills, working closely with law enforcement and military prosecution authority to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness. * Spearheaded the management and development of critical alarm system installations, overseeing maintenance and driving improvement projects with internal and external partners. Additionally, I completed my Bachelor’s degree at CBS in the summer of 2022 alongside my military responsibilities.
Operations and Leadership - Military Police, Copenhagen Key Responsibilities: * Led 24/7 operations at the Military Police station, overseeing armed guard and police services for critical military and government facilities. * Managed security operations for the Nyholmen Naval Station, Defense Command, and Ministry of Defense, ensuring the safety of high-value assets and personnel. * Supervised the Armed Forces' alarm center, coordinating nationwide security responses and monitoring alarm systems for military establishments. * Collaborated with the Regional Response Force (RIS) to strengthen security and rapid response capabilities across the Copenhagen area. Pursued a Bachelor’s degree at CBS from summer 2018, concurrently with the position.
Served as an operational Military Police staff sergeant in Aalborg, which included further training in areas such as police functions, close protection service, guard duty, report writing, leadership, instructor duties, personnel training, first aid, field service, participation in military exercises, and international operations. Deployed with the Military Police detachment in ISAF team 16 in Helmand Province, Afghanistan. The deployment involved participation in several military operations, including close protection service for ministers, generals, ambassadors, and royalty, which entailed travel across Afghanistan to locations such as Kabul, Kandahar, and Lashkar Gah.
Served conscription at "Gardehusarregimentet". Received excellent remarks (A1), and was admitted to the Army's Logistics School to complete training as a staff sergeant in the Military Police.
