The Ferry & Terminal Tribe consists of 100+ people across 10 product teams located in the UK, Türkiye, and Denmark. We are responsible for ensuring that our Ferry Freight organisation has the right digital solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
I am solving problems together with our clients across Europe, hereunder: -Successfully developed a technology North Star as part of our client's technology strategy -Implemented a multi-cloud strategy and managed public cloud risk for our client -Successfully developed strategy on tech modernization transformation for our client and ensured its smooth operation -Operationalized our client's IT strategy, including IT portfolio management and enterprise architecture -Defined the data architecture and data governance for a digital twin project for our client -Conducted a technical IT maturity assessment for our client -Prioritized and implemented a cyber security roadmap for our client BCG Platinion is an integral part of DigitalBCG and provides consulting services within topics ranging from digital transformation design to IT architecture design and implementation management of business-critical IT
In EY, I was a part of the Cyber Security team, as well as the Intelligent Contract Management (ICM) team. In the cyber team, I performed cyber risk assessments, as well as cyber maturity assessments. In the ICM-team, I was one of the technical leads for the ICM service EY provides for clients, including handling cloud environments and automatically extracting (both rule-based and machine learning) relevant information from unstructured data.
Invented and was a full-stack developer for a web-based game. The game got 35000 users, and MTG Norway bought into the game. Technologies used: React.js, node.js, mongodb, AWS
