Enabel is the Belgian agency for international cooperation. The EU Circular Economy Research Center or EU CERC has been set up to further promote the uptake of circular business models in partner countries. The initiative is co-funded and co-managed by Finland and the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra. Enabel works on the Business side of EU CERC, where I focus on the broad topic of finance and business, identifying the opportunities and connecting the parties that can learn from each other and jointly create more circular businesses and circular products.
The Cardano Development Guarantee Company is in start up phase, supported by Cardano Development. CDGC is in process of being EU pillar assessed, shaping a role as manager of EU backed guarantees to support more impact via an array of development finance initiatives. I am temporarily supporting CDGC on a part-time basis until the company has grown enough to attract a full time team, planned for the summer of 2027.
