With over 15 years of experience in general management, I have a proven track record of leading sales campaigns and revenue generation initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency and quality, and ensuring financial stability and profitability. Before joining Boels Rental, I was the Head of Growth at WOW-Mobility, a startup that offers shared mobility solutions. There, I successfully scaled the business across several markets and increased the user base and retention rate by implementing innovative marketing strategies, partnerships, and customer service programs. I also have a strong background in the aviation industry, having worked as the General Manager for several African markets at Brussels Airlines, where I developed and executed market entry and expansion plans, managed key accounts and contracts, and coordinated flights and aircraft operations. I hold a Master in Law and a Master in International Trade., and I am fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, and French. I am passionate about the access economy and its potential to transform the way people and businesses access and use resources, services, and experiences.
