In addition to the current Engineering Manager role and responsibilities, I am also managing a team for maintenance and level 2 support to Enterprise-level customers on a global level. Managing around 10 resources from all parts of the globe (from the East Coast US to Singapore) with a portfólio of roughly 25 projects/clients, budgets, and financial folios accordingly on a 24/7 global scale.
From Technical Project Management to Solution Architecture and from Personal Leadership to Mentoring these are some of the direct responsibilities and scope as an Engineering Manager. Promoting processes, strategy and standards internally and also managing and engaging with clients are also some of the daily goals.
Acting as an Agile Coach, the daily challenge is the continuous improvement of the organization teams aligned the agile principles. This role aims to oversee development teams by implementing processes and encouraging them to ensure effective outcomes and leading through the agile mindset. By understanding the teams journey, the goal is to provide them with knowledge, training and guidance.
Merging many years of experience building software solutions with turn key projects is the everyday challenge. Applying the best practices, technologies, frameworks and management skills this role aims to deliver multiple software projects, from the simplest integration platform implementation to the most high-end complex distributed enterprise solution.
Responsible for managing multiple service and operation nearshore teams and clients, from all layers of software engineering life-cycle. Engaged with C Level management from the presales activities with clients and ensure consultants work process quality, based on set of goals and defined KPI's.
