Leva+ is a startup that connects people who are traveling with those who need to send a package. All connections are made through an app, where travelers receive a commission for carrying small deliveries for others. In this way, value is created for everyone involved in the process. I worked directly with the CEO and COO of the company, developing system organization services, planning marketing campaigns, and solving operational challenges such as delayed deliveries. It was a great opportunity to understand how a growing company operates and to experience the challenges of running a logistics business in the Amazon region.
I worked as a member of the operations team at Amaztrace, a startup focused on promoting fair trade and decent working conditions through an accessible traceability platform designed for producers with little or no technical background. During my time there, I had the opportunity to deeply understand the challenges faced by the agricultural sector in the Amazon region, including difficulties in logistics, certification, and access to international markets. Each meeting was an essential step in identifying and developing solutions that could ensure the full traceability of products, from origin to final customer. My daily responsibilities included meeting with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the platform, participating in weekly strategic meetings with the CEO, and contributing to the improvement of operational processes and system usability. This experience helped me strengthen my problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills while allowing me to witness how technology can empower local producers and promote sustainable development in one of the most complex regions in the world, the Amazon.
