Unipex Benelux merged with Barentz NV after the acquisition of Unipex group by Barentz in May 2022 - Responsible for the specialty chemicals in EMEA and mainly active in the HI&I business. - Secured €1,5 Mio in new business through new supply chani agreements - retained a € 3 MIO business in Turkey - Opened a new €0,5 Mio in France trough a successfull operation with a key principal - Developed a strategy for Perf. Materials. Investments (when possible) in classified personnel & looking for nex principals
In 2022, I acquired for Unipex/Barentz, a Small company active in the pharma sector with 2 mio € TO and 0,35 mio EBITDA. I integrated Utag within Unipex.
I led the Benelux operations for Unipex in Chemicals (HI1I) and in Life sciences (Food, Pharma & mainly Cosmetics). Still responsible for big accounts in chemicals and Cosmetics. I grew revenue from €3 Mio to €9 Mio
