Managed the deployment of Source London, a leading network of on-street electric charge points. Manage relationships with energy and civil work suppliers SSE and over 24 Boroughs through their officers, directors and councillors to deliver and accelerate the expension of Source London. The network size has doubled every year and reached over 1000 charge points within the M25 in 2019. Working in the B2B area of Retail commercial fleet, which provide fuel cards to businesses to secure their mobility. Lead projects to develop new strategic and tactic partnerships and products that complement the fuel card existing offering. Support countries in defining strategic roadmaps to tune the offering at local level to be competitive and sustainable.
Business Manager for Shell FuelSave Partner, a Telematics solution targetting the Commercial Road Transport B2B Customers. Accountable for the P&L for a virtual European team to enable the sales, development, the marketing and support of this telematics solution. This included 2 relationships with external suppliers. Delivered the business review that led to the termination of the original business model. This terminated the in-house development and support, promoting external supply of the solution. This aim at securing profits for the business generated from Telematics by maximising revenues from telematics whilst minimising time wasted on sales and support. Responsible for implementing the new strategy and setting up the new partners and the new ways of working. Finally, in charge of managing the wind down of the organisation and activities supporting the product whilst maintaining acceptable service level.
Project leader for Shell V-Power Development. Working closely with Retail marketing on three product streams to fulfil CVP promises, to deliver fit for purpose and substantiated products.
