My career (+18yrs) has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex sales and their ever changing environments including strenghtening and maintaining relationship at all company levels (up to and including C-suite contacts) on an international scope. I have experience in: Strategic planning, operating withing strong competitive markets imposed by economic unstability and ambitious budgets/targets that I have helped to set out. Strong methodical administration (including crisis management where necessary). The application of strong modern leadership methods/ principels (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations). My own background and natural interests in other cultures, together with a command of several European languages, have also left me confident in handling negotiations and presentations that require the reconciliation of different multi-cultural approaches to otherwise common problems.
