With a strong customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset, I believe a CIO must bring a "Silicon Valley mindset" into the executive committee of a non-tech company — representing new technology trends, fostering change, and turning innovation into tangible business outcomes. At La Prairie (Beiersdorf Group), I lead a deep transformation of the IT organization — restructuring teams, rebuilding the global IT strategy, and repositioning IT as a true business partner. This included modernizing platforms — e-commerce, analytics, clienteling — while driving significant cost efficiencies through simplification and smarter ways of working. A transformation story grounded in trust, transparency, and agile delivery. At Hublot (LVMH Group), I built the IT department from scratch over 14 years, supporting one of the fastest-growing brands in the watch industry. I led the digital transformation end-to-end — integrating e-commerce, CRM, retail, and data into a unified omnichannel ecosystem across 50+ markets. I co-developed connected devices, blockchain-based product authentication, and launched the group's first cloud POS. With a strong marketing sensitivity, I worked closely with business teams to design campaigns and experiences that leverage technology to stand out. I combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in building meaningful business use cases. Thanks to a deep understanding of both technology and the luxury industry, I draw use cases that serve the goals of a company — not technology for technology's sake.
