Since 2017, I am now accountable for the delivery of IT transformation projects for Morocco and Jordan, when local/global or "transverse" coordination is needed (e.g. solution build centrally and deployed locally, or solution build locally with Orange group expertise involvement). I am also promoting and applying IT governance practices and recommendations toward affiliate's CTIO and CIOs. In addition, I am managing the relationship with our key suppliers (IT and system integration) on the MEA region From 2012 to 2017, I have been supporting CIO's of Orange affiliates and their teams on key transformations programs (10 M$ to 50 M$) in the Africa and Middle East region (more than 20 companies) - leveraging on Orange corporate entities (e.g. Orange Labs Services, Corporate IT, etc...). With a senior Enterprise Architect role, with IT background, my focus has been - to align solutions to their purpose - to mitigate risks on large and complex IT projects - to deal with complexity of Telco's IT systems and large human organisations From 2006 to 2012 I have been involved, as an expert, in IT governance and IT& Networks transformations at Orange Corporate (mainly in Europe). From my past experience I now have an International footprint, as well as extensive experience of IT transformation for large companies, top level expertise in Enterprise Architecture & IT Governance as well as advanced practices of program management. As a hobby, I like to explore new topics, such as interpersonal communication, decision making, systems theory, hypertexting... I also very much like digital photography, cooking, travelling, trekking and outdoor activities.
Scope, staff and organize the preparation of future IT and networks transformation for France Telecom affiliates companies worldwide. Assess impacts on existing infrastructures, and prepare Executives & VPs decisions, such as Go/No go, Make/Buy, validate investments. Responsible for the definition & communication of IT & network architecture guidelines; applicable in affiliates implementation projects.
While still following up Orange MVNO hosting projects and supporting France Telecom MVNO business development, this is now a part time assignment (around 25%). Starting in December 2007, I now have a program management role in France Telecom network's evolutions to IMS new architectures. I am driving the different France Telecom departements contributing to the integration of IMS networks to information system's applications (Service Delivery, Service Assurance, and Billing domains). This is mainly coordination of business owners, software factories, France Telecom R&D and deployment projects in the France Telecom business units. In addition, I lead the definition of the architecture principles for integrating the IMS networks to the information system. This principles are shared with the business units, and applied in the implementation projects.
