Enterprise Architect at Fluxys. Works to make sure that Fluxys uses proper information management solutions to achieve its goals.
Ensures Asset Management and General information management solutions meet Fluxys business mission, strategy and processes. Currently working on Engineering Digitization, ERP evolution and future Field services ICT roadmaps.
Developed the vision and executes the implementation roadmaps of future Finance and HR ICT landscape with key business and ICT stakeholders (4 teams). Managed IT projects ranging from gas transport asset data management, to finance, corporate communication, electronic document management and human resources.
End to end IT analyst and junior project manager involved in various solution development projects, studies and business development activities related to the REACH regulation, as well for the International institutions (EC, OECD) as for chemicals industries. Since I've joined TRASYS I have been working in the domains of web applications engineering, patent & trademark applications, document management, records management, knowledge management, workflow management and search engines consultancy for companies such as: the WIPO, the German patent office, for the European Commission - JRC, EUROSTAT, DI, DG Markt -, for the European Parliament and other non-institutional customers.
Responsible and IT manager of the Operational Library team (3-5 people).
