As an open and committed professional with a strong interest in societal and environmental issues, I have a solid track record in supporting decision-making, cooperation at international levels, and stakeholder engagement. I currently work with the Region Pays de la Loire to advance the cooperation of European regions under the European partnership on Agroecology. I also follow CAP and CFP developments and represent the region in European networks such as ERIAFF. On a personal commitment I serve on the advisory board of the EU project BioTraces on transformative change for biodiversity. Previously, I’ve helped build up international cooperation and science-policy-society interfacing on biodiversity and Nature-based Solutions as part of Biodiversa, the European partnership on biodiversity, and with the UN’s intergovernmental panel on biodiversity and ecosystem services (Ipbes) and NetworkNature, the European platform on NbS.
Au sein de la Direction de l’agriculture, de la pêche et de l’agroalimentaire, je suis responsable des engagements de la Région dans le partenariat européen sur l’agro-écologie, pour accompagner les projets de recherche financés et développer la coopération entre régions européennes sur la transition agro-écologique. J’assure également la veille des politiques européennes sur l’agriculture et la pêche, et la participation de la région dans des réseaux européens tels que l’ERIAFF.
Advisor to the Biodiversa+ Chairs’ board on Impact activities and Nature-based Solutions (NbS), in charge of proposing and implementing the Impact activities selected under Biodiversa+: > Development of the strategy and implementation in coordination with public and private stakeholders (ex: European Env. Agency, WWF, NGO’s, TotalEnergy, Microsoft ...) > Management of the SPI team (5 ppl)
Technical support to the development of the ipbes platform: > Facilitator of the task force (16 experts) in charge of addressing the knowledge gaps on the platform > Structuring and release of the ipbes data base collecting knowledge gaps of the platform > Mobilization of research funders in over 180 member countries
In charge of interface with public and private stakeholders: > Development of the stakeholders’ network. Engaging, building, and monitoring collaborations > Facilitator of expert groups and trainings (stakeholder engagement, policy relevance and project impact promotion)
> Operational, administrative and financial management of the project > Building governance, preparing negotiations and securing co-funding by national agencies > Supporting the development and implementation of the calls for research projects (10 Mio€/per year)
