Main duties in this context: • Co-responsible for the Financial management and planning of the annual group budgets (~10 MCHF/year), • Co-responsible for the staff management (recruitments, promotions, safety and motivation): 45 engineers and technicians, • Supplier management: call for tenders (more than 20 contracts for at cumulative budget of 73 MCHF in 15 years), drafting of service level requirements with customers, negotiation of contracts, supplier’s performance supervision (SLA), and financial management. Writing of recommendations for the CERN finance committee for the award of contracts, • In charge of relations with the Swiss and French telecommunication regulators (ARCEP/ANFR, OFCOM), in particular for the assignment of PMR and mobile frequencies for CERN, • External representation of the IT Department in CERN coordination meetings and international conferences.
