Fee earning position in the Industrial Disease department. I manage a large caseload of varying industrial disease claim types which I oversee for the complete multi-track litigation process. My daily tasks include drafting legal documents such as Letters of Claim and witness statements, interviewing prospective clients and reviewing legal and non-legal documents.
