Fred founded Lerian in 2024. Lerian builds open source software for financial technology systems. In 2018, he founded Dock, the first Full BaaS platform in Latin America, which became a Unicorn (US$1.5 billion) in March 2022 after a merger with Conductor. Previously, he was the Head of Business Development at Uber (2017) and Movile/LBS (2016) and started his career at Deutsche Bank (2008), later moving to BTG Pactual (2009-16), where he worked on various M&As and IPOs. Fred currently does what he loves: build infrastructure products that are at the core of the financial sector - and most important, having fun.
