1. Working closely with the sales department to close deals and making recommendations to solutions that fit client needs 2. Deploying both Security (end-to-end) and backup solutions at client sites. 3. Advising clients on different security and backup solutions for their networks. 4. Do gapping analysis at client sites. 5. Actively leading in the implementations of POCs and Demo’s 6. Help out in customer presentations. 7. Liaise with the sales team in generating pipeline for service renewals in existing customer base 8. Provide support to the sales team in customer engagements and meetings 9. Provide answers, in liaison with technical presales and support teams, to customers’ support enquiries concerning networking solutions deployed 10. Attend internal and external training events to develop relevant knowledge and skills when required 11. Create the bill of materials of the products needed by a client. 12. Assist the technical teams in installation integrations on need basis 13. Provide answers to customers’ pre-sales enquiries concerning network security solutions
