Cybersecurity is ultimately about trust - and trust is what drives durable revenue. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led revenue organizations across three cybersecurity companies, helping scale enterprise and partner-led growth in markets where buyers are skeptical, sales cycles are long, and outcomes matter more than features. I’ve learned that predictable growth in cybersecurity doesn’t come from pressure tactics or overpromising. It comes from: Deep alignment between product, sales, and customers Partner ecosystems that create leverage, not friction Clear articulation of risk, value, and outcomes at the executive level Disciplined execution that turns trust into long-term relationships Today, as Chief Revenue Officer at ORDR, I focus on building revenue engines that scale responsibly - balancing growth with credibility, speed with rigor, and ambition with accountability. I’m especially interested in conversations around: Enterprise GTM strategy in cybersecurity Partner-led and ecosystem-driven growth Navigating complex buying committees (CISO, CIO, Risk, Board) Scaling revenue teams through market transitions Outside of work, I’m a firm believer that the best leaders stay grounded with family, curiosity, and perspective.
