Context: HR Alert is a free medium for decision-makers and actors in the human resources sector in Belgium, both French-speaking and Dutch-speaking. The company has existed since 2006 and lived on its technical debt until March 2021 and its sale to Sémantic. Sémantic undertook a site migration (Drupal => Wordpress), extensive automation of internal processes (content creation, social network communication, client reporting) and an increase in brand awareness throughout Belgium beyond its initial readers. Context: DediKey is an access management application which consists of a physical box placed on the access route (door, gate, airlock, etc.), a web platform and, in its V2, a mobile application . The set is installed on access roads with high traffic and high user turnover, oriented BtoB (access to industrial depots, campsites, hotels, party rooms or AirB&B, etc.). DediKey makes it possible to distribute access to authorized persons within a defined time and space framework without having to provide them with a physical pass (badge or keys for example). The system administrator can therefore manage a large number of users, and subsequently operate a control of the passages via the histories from the platform.
