Pragmatic and result oriented, I have pursued my academic background in engineering, mechanics, thermodynamics and energy at two high ranked Belgian universities (UCLouvain and KULeuven). At Tractebel, I quickly enhance my technical expertise and project management skills during multiple power and heat projects. As thermodynamic expert and project management, I manage various aspects of the projects, such as market sounding, contract writing and negotiations, contract follow-up, site supervision and commissioning. Moreover, I realized numerous feasibility studies, thermodynamic simulations, economical evaluations, performances optimization studies, designs, etc. I look forward to use my problem-solving and project management skills to provide added value and support clients in their projects.
Engineering Center Coordinator leading the set‑up, launch and operational stabilization of Tractebel’s Engineering Center in India, acting as the on‑site representative and the primary interface with European stakeholders. The role supports activities across electricity generation (renewables and conventional), networks and nuclear infrastructure projects. In this capacity, I: - Drive the Engineering Center launch, including governance, operating model, and alignment with strategic priorities - Strengthen the links between Tractebel geographies, enabling effective collaboration across business development, proposal and project phases - Facilitate cross-regional knowledge transfer and technical exchange by strengthening interfaces - Implement “ready‑to‑go” engineering setups for key product lines, strengthening bid readiness and execution efficiency - Support project delivery through coordination, reviews, lessons learned and harmonization of engineering practices - Promote and embed a culture of quality, compliance, continuous improvement and safe operations, including adoption of digital and AI‑enabled productivity tools This role combines change management, operational leadership and commercial enablement to successfully embed a new Engineering Center within Tractebel’s global engineering organization.
Package Manager contributing to the execution of the Flemalle combined cycle EPCM project, a 900MWe new-built CCGT located in Wallonia Belgium. As a part of the Tractebel-Electrabel integrated team, my primary responsibilities encompass overseeing the condenser and the fire fighting packages, as well as sharing the responsibility for power block erection and commissioning activities (GT, ST and generators). In this capacity, I : - Author system design and technical specifications - Draft the contract, lead contract negotiations and closure (over 25 MEUR) - Follow-up the contract execution meaning planning follow-up, site supervision, engineering, interfaces management, … - Oversee the on site power block erection and commissioning activities Moreover, I : - Manage a Notified Body contract for the PED compliance and the first firing of the HRSG and aux boiler - Contribute to balance of plant activities (design, industrial contacts …) - Support general aspect of the project such as scope completeness check, planning optimization, …
As Mechanical Project Engineer at Tractebel I • Deliver mechanical and process engineering services • Perform thermodynamic analysis and power plant basic design using dedicated software’s (e.g. Thermoflow) • Provide consulting in the field of power and heat generation units of variable sizes and fuel sources • Evaluate and comment the technical documents issued by contractors and manufacturers • Participate to the design, renovation and optimization studies for thermal/power systems • Set out technical specifications and the general design of mechanical systems • Actively participate to the invitations to tender, the analysis and technical-commercial negotiation of bids services • Take part in factory tests, in the supervision of on-site assembly and in commissioning tests • Take part to consultancy mission, and in particular assess the performances, remaining lifetime and other • Communicate effectively with the project team and project stakeholders, including the customer • Aim in the short term to assume a project engineer role by incorporating cost estimate, planning and project management
Over several semesters I have weekly tutored 1st and 2nd Engineering Bachelor students for physics sessions (electricity and mechanics), I have coordinated a project course in electricity and I also guided physics sessions for Physiotherapy Bachelor students.

We enable students to explore their interests by organizing entrepreneurial events, learn new skills through workshops and apply these skills during consulting projects.
Creation of a start-up under the Startech project supported by the WSL technological incubator. The start-up focused on zero waste by proposing reusable containers. We had several contacts including with Delivroo, Colruyt and the University Restaurants.
