Berlin, Germany
In my role as VP Transformation & Technical Functions for Transformation of Industries at Siemens Energy, my team and I are responsible to ensure future-proof, cost-effective and reliable functional strategies and operations. Together with the businesses leaders we challenge the status quo, manage risk, and ensure effective processes, whilst maintaining the highest level of compliance and integrity. This spans Procurement & Logistics, Digital Services, Cybersecurity & AI, EQS and the Transformation Office. I head up activities from Berlin, but my team is based all over the globe. Before this role, I was VP Sales for Siemens Power Generation in the Middle East and North Africa. Travelling and immersing myself in different cultures is a passion of mine and despite my move back to my native Germany, my role takes me to many different places.
