My role as CFO has been to oversee the implementation of a new financial system and build up the finance department regarding financial processes such as reporting, budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and internal control. Furthermore, prepare the group annual report according to IFRS.
Interim CFO for Senior Material's Swedish operations. The company is part of the Chinese group Shenzen Senior Technology Ltd. which is one of the world's leading companies in the manufacture of separator film for electric batteries, primarily for the automotive industry. A factory for manufacturing in Sweden is being completed and sales in Sweden amounts to approximately SEK 220 million. My role was Interim CFO for the Swedish operations with a special focus on building the finance function from scratch. The work areas included accounting, tax, systems, reporting, consolidation and preparing annual reports, according to K3. The role included training and practical advice in various finance-related areas. I was responsible for 3 employees and reported to the CEO.
Interim Group manager for Ramudden AB's global group function. The overall task is to participate in the relocation of the group's consolidation function from Germany to Stockholm. Special focus areas are to streamline group reporting, establish new routines and instructions and follow up on reporting from the countries. Ramudden has a turnover of approximately SEK 9 billion and is present in Europe and America.
