Mobile telecommunication service provider Next to my Controller role I was a key member on several assignments like Global Benchmarking, reporting/analyses of the financial programs and the Balance sheet forecasting model, I was reporting in various cases directly to the CFO. Put things right: Special attention for Initiating process improvements and investigations. Discovered and organized several substantial claw backs from vendors. Most important in this role was my active communication within all layers of the organization to get the necessary information and to guide process improvements.

I initiated and created the Business blue print for a new data warehouse, in addition I initiated/guided several process improvements/changes (mainly in SAP IS-T). My memories about the creation of the automated new dunning process based on the customer life / contract stage still gives me a big smile.
