Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of strategic talent management, leadership development and organisational transformation — advising executives and leadership teams in some of the most complex, knowledge-driven environments across Europe and beyond. As Head of Talent Management EMEA at Johnson & Johnson's Pharmaceutical Division, I led large-scale talent and organisational development initiatives across multiple European countries, in an environment where attracting, developing and retaining exceptional people was as mission-critical as scientific innovation itself. Since 2007, I have deliberately broadened my perspective as an independent adviser — working with global corporations, research-driven institutions and international public organisations including the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Belgium. That breadth has given me something a single-organisation career rarely provides: a genuine cross-sector view of what works in talent strategy, culture change and leadership capability building — and what does not. What drives me today is the opportunity to bring that experience to bear in organisations where human capital is truly strategic — where building the right culture, developing the right leaders, and attracting the right talent directly shapes the organisation's ability to fulfil its mission. If that resonates with what your organisation is working on, I'd welcome a conversation.
