Lead Toyota Motor Europe's Corporate Function within the Safety & Health Division - supporting the company's manufacturing and distribution units across Europe. Through this to assure the development of common systems (Safety Culture, Ergonomics, Yokoten Yarikiri, Safety Management Systems auditing) across the Company's European operations, taking into consideration either local legislation or cultural influences. Lead Operations and Audit function within Toyota Motor Europe's Health & Safety Division - supporting primarily the company's manufacturing and distribution units across Europe. Part of the objective is to assure the development of common systems (i.e. Safety Culture principles, Ergonomics, Yokoten Yarikiri) across the Company's European operations, taking into consideration either local legislation or cultural influences. Health & Safety is not just about a safe working environment (manufacturing, office or home environments), more so it is also about the creation of a healthy and positive workplace - with mental wellbeing a crucial element - I see this as a fundamental part of my role within the team.
