  • Chief Post Merger Integration Officer at Yettel.Srbija
    Nov 2025 - Present · 8 mos

Following the merge between Yettel Serbia and SBB, I was appointed to lead a complex, enterprise-wide post-merger integration program, with full accountability for value realisation, operational continuity, and cultural alignment. In this capacity, I establish and drive the end-to-end integration governance framework, implement disciplined synergy tracking with clear EBITDA impact, and facilitate structured Steering Committee decision-making. I execute structural and process transformation without disruption to day-to-day operations, embed sustainable integration disciplines, clarify accountabilities, and strengthen organisational resilience for future transactions. Working across multiple business units, I apply commercial rigour, risk oversight, and cultural intelligence to retain critical talent, sustain employee morale, and preserve stakeholder confidence. My focus extends beyond synergy delivery to translating strategic intent into durable enterprise value while protecting brand trust and service performance.
