Acquired by Adobe for $1.8B. As Magento's CMO post-eBay spinout, I built the Company's first scalable demand generation capability that used analytics to deliver predictable revenue growth directly linked to marketing investment. Also designed and delivered a weekly marketing analytics and reporting process that tracked and scaled the business. Designed, staffed and managed a new marketing team. Result - 1. Complete visibility and predictability into marketing funnel and sales pipeline, 2. quarter-over-quarter bookings growth, and 3. a new $250 million investment at a 4x valuation increase resulted from 6 months effort.
