Over 4+ years I've grown from Junior to Senior Consultant, taking on full end-to-end responsibility for the Business Consulting stream while mentoring the consultants around me. Grounded in hands-on operational experience before moving into consulting, I bring both strategic thinking and a practical mindset to every project.
I lead the Business Consulting stream in large-scale supply chain implementation projects for international retail clients. My work focuses on driving supply chain optimization and business process improvement — from solution design through go-live and beyond. I manage senior stakeholder relationships, define and track KPIs to measure impact, and take overall responsibility for delivering results across all project phases. Beyond client work, I'm actively involved in shaping our consulting practice — and I invest in the growth of the consultants around me.
I independently owned and delivered consulting work across the full project lifecycle for international retail clients. My focus was on supply chain optimization and process improvement — working closely with client stakeholders and translating complex challenges into actionable solutions. I tracked and analyzed KPIs to drive performance improvements, and started mentoring junior colleagues as I grew into a more senior role.
I started my consulting career supporting large-scale supply chain implementation projects for international retail clients. I contributed to business analysis, process assessments, and KPI tracking — building a strong foundation in supply chain consulting and learning what it takes to deliver real impact for clients.
I held personnel responsibility for production staff and delivery drivers, while driving analysis and optimization of logistics and production processes. I reported directly to management on performance and provided recommendations on operational improvements — an experience that gave me hands-on operational leadership before moving into consulting.
