As an experienced hospitality and event management professional, I plan and execute the set of rules, procedures, conventions and ceremonial that relate to Relevent Sports events. Also approve the protocol rules that must be observed at the matches including VIP ceremonial aspects of opening and final ceremony of the tournament. I am responsible for the staff planning and training in protocol and international courtesy rules and for the organization of all aspects of the VIP invitation process including the preparation and management of guest lists, tickets, and VIP guests' experience at the events. During the planning and coordination of the gifting for VIP guests according to Relevent Sports standards and guidelines, I hold accountability for cost management and budget control. I also plan and organize the uniforms and dress codes for the tournaments. In addition to coordinate all VIP, and Protocol on-site requirements during the competition, including VIP ticket distribution on-site, I administrate various aspects of the overall organization of Relevent Sports functions during tournaments (drawn, press conferences, dinners, banquets etc) and support team services inspections in venues, hotel, training sites. During tournaments I work directly with team managers on protocol standards for events; manage the staff on in-stadium, to ensure consistency of standards of customer services between venues; and work in partnership with transportation manager in each venue for VIP hospitality, vehicles, parking passes, and more. I have demonstrated effective coordination of all VIP guest management activities at Relevent Sports venues/events. (tournaments, press conferences, and corporate events) contributing to the teams success. At the final debrief report after each tournament, I include possible improvements of overall guests and customer services and work on the agreed action plans in the following events.
