Lead design engineer of implantable IPG, extension lead and brain electrode: - Communication to suppliers and subcontractors with regard to product optimisation, product changes etc - Preparation of procurement specifications - Hands-on development of production processes and preparation of work instructions Prepare the CE file with regard to mechanical design and production processes: - Risk analysis of design and production - Design history file - System testing - Validation of the production processes (IQ and OQ) Production engineering for the transfer to operators and production scale-up: - Clean room (class 10000) validation - Maintenance and calibration - Development and documentation of production tooling - Operator training
Technical sales support: - Develop conceptual solutions for production installation tailored to customer’s request - Draw PFD (process flow diagram) - Calculation and working out of the quotation Implementation of the sold projects: from small to complete turn-key projects: - Make P&ID and write functional description - Communication with AZO GmbH and other suppliers - Lay-out / Ordering of components (FAT) - Supervise mechanical and electrical assembly and commissioning - Qualification of the installation (SAT)
