Developing the worldwide role of Customer Success Managers (CSM), EMEA for Dynamics Business Solutions
Responsible for business development and revenue of collaboration suite, ECM and DMS solutions in the public sector vertical.
Responsible for business development & relationship management of major accounts in the “Process & Utilities” vertical. Accounts are in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry and utility companies (e.g. Bayer, BASF, E.ON, Evonik, Lanxess, RWE). Revenue in FY10 $40.5M (>130%) with collaboration suite, ECM and DMS solutions.
Responsible for the consulting practices in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and for the Berlin customers. The main function in this role was business development, i.e. acquisition of new customers and projects in the named accounts area. Additional tasks and responsibilities were: people management (partially remote) and coaching, achieving the responsibility margin and conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors and customers.
