I am Associate Creative Director / Design Director / Senior Art Director currently working at Iris. For the past 5 years I have produced outstanding work for a variety of our clients: including Samsung, P&O Cruises, abrdn, KFC, Pizza Hut, Suzuki, Carex, Starbucks, SAVOY, Nectar and PPG. Prior to that I had been freelancing, working on Budweiser, Goose Island, Cubanisto, Triple Karmeliet, Leffe, Nestle chocolates, Nestle Clusters cereal, Nescafe Azera, Purina One /Gourmet/Felix cat food and pitch work for Mini/BMW. Not forgetting T-Mobile, BBC and HP and Virgin Atlantic resulting in DMA, BMA and DADI awards at Gyro. Within Iris I am known as the King of Proactivity! I constantly strive to create memorable creative solutions for all clients. I also encourage, motivate, and advise other creatives to do the same. My proactivity has led to new business wins and the better service of existing clients. As a Senior Art Director/Design Director I have worked across a variety of clients producing everything from campaign concepts to digital and social networking communications. I am invaluable on new pitches, looking at each pitch as an opportunity to work creatively. I have a keen eye for detail and high expectations on how work should be produced. Frequently working to tight deadlines, I can effectively manage multiple projects and coordinate more junior colleagues to meet deadlines. I am known for bringing a real and positive experience in mentoring and developing other creatives and in encouraging proactivity within the department. I frequently support the continued professional development of more junior creatives by ensuring that they have the techniques and skills needed for a busy studio. I also make sure that I keep up to date with new software and trends. I am a good presenter, which has enabled me to strengthen client relationships. My experience enables me to build and strengthen teams, collaboratively working with all departments from strategy, accounts through to creatives and production, which enables us to better service our clients and global networks. This has given me the experience of collaborating with other offices around the world and adapting to local challenges and market conditions. I am hungry for my next new challenge and working with like-minded creatives.
