Product Executive Leader & Builder of Connected Devices (AI, SoC, Embedded, Cloud)

About

Executive product and technology leader & builder focused on creating and transforming complex connected systems. I enjoy turning ambiguous opportunities into concrete platforms, ramping teams and products from early concept to large‑scale deployment. Over 20+ years, I have led end‑to‑end product and technology initiatives across AI, SoC, embedded and cloud, in domains such as automotive, mobile and connected devices. My sweet spot is at the intersection of business, technology, legal and organization design: aligning stakeholders, defining the right architecture and operating model, and driving execution until the new product or platform is real and adopted. My passion is to either build something new (0→1→scale) or significantly reshape existing products and technology stacks to unlock their next phase of impact and growth. Key strengths and patterns: Building and scaling multidisciplinary teams (from a handful of experts to large, international organizations) while keeping a strong technical bar. Defining product and technology strategy for complex platforms (AI/SoC/embedded/cloud), translating business goals into clear roadmaps and architectures. Leading large‑scale change: modernizing legacy stacks, introducing new development practices, and aligning product, engineering and business around a common vision. Operating comfortably with customers, partners and internal executives; aligning requirements, managing risk and turning strategic relationships into concrete programs. Entering new domains quickly and becoming a reference point, combining deep technical background with curiosity and pragmatic decision‑making.
