Executive Summary I bring more than 30 years of experience from the IT and energy sectors. As co-founder of Cegal, I have been part of the company’s journey from a small entrepreneurial team to a global tech powerhouse for the energy industry. As companies mature, the need for clear culture and structure becomes essential. I have developed strong capabilities in building the frameworks that support growth, meet stakeholder expectations and enable responsible performance at scale. My contribution has been to establish the foundations that make this transition possible — ensuring that governing documents, processes and controls are clear, scalable and consistently applied. I focus on creating structures that support sound decisions, reduce uncertainty and strengthen accountability. This has been essential for meeting the expectations of customers, regulators, partners and investors as the company has expanded internationally. I’m also accountable for Cegal’s emergency preparedness framework and lead the company’s Emergency Response Team, ensuring a coordinated and structured approach to critical incidents and business continuity. ------- Leadership Approach I take a pragmatic and structured approach: reducing complexity, clarifying accountability, and creating predictable outcomes.
