Responsible for the daily operations of a low volume, high product mix production floor for a high end LED manufacturer. Responsibilities include staffing, production scheduling, shipping and achieving safety, quality and output goals.
Responsible for the operation of a wireless communications company that represented CricKet communications, a premier low cost wireless carrier. Responsibilities included: Marketing, Operations, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Accounting and the Training/Motivating of employees.
Responsible for all aspects of the production floor including, staffing, training and motivating employees, production planning, work orders, inventory flow, equipment maintenance, and material forecasting. Other responsibilities included increasing line yield, addressing customer complaints through a comprehensive failure analysis, and partnering with engineering to develop cost effective solutions that can be manufactured in high volumes.
