Since 2021, I work as Nationale Nederlanden, as 1st line and 2nd line technical engineer. I also provide the new user the material and credentials to be able to work. Before, since 2016, I work at Eurocontrol, as technical engineer at Eurocontrol, I'm part of IMACD team and 2nd line support. I am the back-up of the IMACD Team Leader. Before that, after a small time working PMO on bids, From January 2012 till April 2013, I worked one year as PMO for the Belgian Telecom Competency Centre project, doing PMO tasks, on the Atos side, for KPN/base, the Belgian Telecom provider. i had lots of contact with the client, making a fluent communication possible between the Atos Project Managers and Architects on one side and KPN on the other. I was also responsible for the keeping up to date and improving the project dashboard in excel, so a clear and up-to-date view of all the projects was accessible for people at Atos and the client. Furthermore I was a timekeeper and took meeting minutes of several meetings. I worked on this project until the project faded out. I worked from April 2013 till April 2015 as PMO for the Solution Integration department for the Benelux and the Nordic countries. My tasks were to consolidate reports to be released by Client and PM's, resulting in the increasing of the KPI. I was responsible for creating and delivering reports to local and global management for them to get a clear view of the situation in SI. and was responsible for the fluent running of the internal Project Management Certification, by making sure that all the needed documents were delivered on time and filled out, by facilitating the assessment of the Project Manager had to do (booking room, contacting the persons, making sure the needed equipment was on place, explaining how the assessment would run, time keeper), so the Project Manager, and the assessors, could concentrate on assessment, itself. This task was moved to Poland to reduce the costs. Since April 2015, I worked on bids where mys main task is the preparation of Time & Means bids (Selection of candidates, Collection of project references, Preparation of administrative documents, Wrapping up of the bid) Before that, I used my skills in programming, mainly on several large projects in several kinds of industry. I am very flexible and works very well in a team. I am very open to work extra hours if needed. And willing to learn new techniques. I also passed his ITIL Version 3 foundation certification and the Prince2 Foundation certification.
