Preclinical PK-Expert in research and development DMPK with more than 20 years of special expertise in the field of analytical chemistry e.g. HPLC-MS/MS. More than 15 years of expertise in method development in compliance with pertinent guidelines. DMPK representative in interdisciplinary global project teams representing Nonclinical PK, Metabolism and Bioanalytics (preclinical + clinical until Phase IV) in various indication areas. DMPK-monitor responsible for the successful submission of the preclinical DMPK package of the oncology drug Stivarga (regorafenib).
Mentor for younger colleagues including development of scientific expertise in the field of ADMET with special focus on bioanalytics in a GxP regulated environment. Scientific responsibility for the implementation of a new bioanalytical LIMS in compliance with pertinent guidelines.
