My career at Lockheed Martin has been driven by a clear purpose: advancing technology and innovation to ensure our customers stay ahead of evolving threats. Since starting as an intern, I have spent more than four decades learning, leading, and delivering on that mission across roles in engineering, program management, and senior leadership. Since becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2020, I’ve focused on aligning strategy and execution to strengthen our programs and deliver on our commitments to customers. I oversee the strategic, operational and financial performance of our global organization with $71B in sales in 2024, 121K employees, and 350+ facilities worldwide, ensuring we meet the highest standards of excellence and integrity in everything we do. I’m passionate about driving efficiencies, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and mission-focused leadership, guided by ethics, continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence. I was honored to receive the National Defense Industrial Association’s William J. Perry Award in 2021 for pioneering advancements in precision strike systems—work that reflects the collective efforts of an exceptional team. Outside the company, I serve on the boards of the USO and U.S.-India Strategic Partnership Forum, staying closely connected to the industry and its evolving needs. I’m also a proud graduate of University of Central Florida and continue to support its College Work Experience Program that launched my career.
