Develop promotional strategies, design and create display boards and conduct demonstrations and contractor breakfasts. Work closely with the Home Depot Store Paint Captain to ensure all staff personnel have the proper training, understand the features and benefits of the product so they can sell it appropriately at the store. Generate awareness and interest in Conco Pro Paint creating an environment where all painters can get everything they need from Home Depot.
