Frank Paluch is a consultant and engineering professional with 36 years of experience in the automotive and aerospace industry with extensive experience in Product development and operations management culminating as President of Honda R&D Americas. He recently retired as a EVP from Honda Development and Manufacturing in charge of North American Planning & strategy, New Model development, procurement, supply chain and Quality. Frank Paluch is currently consulting with multiple companies in the areas of product development & manufacturing as well as electrification future planning & strategy. . He is currently lecturing at The Ohio State University teaching the course "Lean Product & Process Development" and uses this course as a basis for performing assessments with companies to give them a "Grade" on how far they are along the Lean journey and recommend initiatives to improve. Previously he served on the Honda regional operating Board as well as being a board member of COSI non-profit. He and his wife ran Midway Warehouse company self-storage business until selling it in 2023. Honorably discharged from Army and graduate from The Ohio State University.
