As a Forensic Investigator at Santam Insurance since June 2023, I contribute to the detection and investigation of fraudulent activities, leveraging expertise in financial audits and incident response to uphold trust and integrity within the organization. My role is rooted in applying meticulous investigative practices to support accurate and ethical resolutions. With over 14 years of prior experience as a Detective Sergeant at the South African Police Service, my work focused on combating crime and protecting communities. My dedication is further enhanced by certifications in basic fraud and crime investigative practices, underscoring a commitment to excellence in uncovering and addressing complex criminal activities. Presently serving the insurance sector with investigation on the short term space.
