I am a Retail & customer experience executive with over 25 years of international experience in top corporations, such as Hermes and ABC, or smaller "niche" brands. Next to a strong retail background I built a 360° experience on developing brands, retail concepts, customer experience, product/brand offer. I had P&L responsibility for the last 20 years. Creative and assertive, I managed high performing teams from small "commando" team size up to 750 people. I led business development as well as the launch of brands, concepts, new subsidiaries, as well as turnarounds in both consolidated and emerging markets, with measurable success.
