Development of ignition systems : ● Implementation of a simulation environment for ignition coils in Matlab & Simulink; ● Implementation of software for control-algorithms and communication protocols in a micro-controller (C-Code and Assembler); ● C-programming according to MISRA C:2012 ● Automatic data analysis of system tests with Matlab and Python; ● Hardware-design including power electronic; ● Writing specification for electrical, software and EMC tests. Test execution and support in laboratory ● Support in development of automated test systems; ● Coordination with customers (functional specification document) and suppliers regarding technical requirements ● Transformer design with the help of FEA-simulations ("Ansys Maxwell") of electrical and magnetic field. Verification of results by laboratory measurements ; ● Development of an advanced ignition system for control emissions in combustion engines : "Coupled Multi-Charge Ignition System";
● Execution of system and validation tests against internal and external norms (DIN/VDE, UL etc.) on DC/AC converters. ● Design, scheduling and development of dierent automated test environments, in particular software development for real-time testing based on Matlab & Simulink (RTW). This includes the design of a user interface (GUI).
