I took a training and got certificates of the ISO9001 and IATF16949 in 2019 .And started working in Guangquan(光泉牧場股份有限公司）acting as an Auditor . Mainly execute nine cycles 、factory project inspection and business office project inspection,etc. Also use this period to obtain the certificate of occupational safety and health manager. Since college graduate,I had four-year part time job and one year of restaurant management experience after graduated from university, in the period, I in charged to plan business schedules, promotions, proceeded restaurant's major affairs and operation status meeting presented, familiarized with people's cooperation, achieve goals set by business decision, increase the company Performance. Based on my career plan, I changed my job as engineering manager to learn about knowledge of engineering and technology for extending my skill in globalizing environment, I am currently employed by XinHao Information Co., Ltd. as the engineering department manager. The main business includes budget and bid preparation, project engineering management, human resource management, supply chain management, after-sales service and contract management to keep quality from procurement to after-sales as contractual requirement, and develops customer and business resource. I face challenges in the work, solves problems, meets customer needs and company policies and direction of operation, I will grow up following the world continually changed. I will keep learning various knowledge to meet business need in future.
