Production and manufacturing leader with extensive experience in global production networks, digitalisation and international manufacturing expansion within the Liebherr MCC Division. In my current role as Head of Production Development & Digitalisation MCC, I am responsible for the development of the digital production strategy, the associated project portfolio and strategic initiatives supporting the future development of MCC's production organization. A major focus of my current role is the leadership of a strategic international manufacturing expansion project, including the evaluation, planning and development of a new production site to support future growth of our division. Beyond this, I work closely with production sites, business functions and IT teams to advance digital production, strengthen collaboration across locations and support the continuous development of our global production network. I enjoy bringing together people, processes and technology to create practical and sustainable solutions for modern production.

Overall responsibility for the strategic development, governance, and performance of MCC’s global production network across sites in Austria, Germany, and Ireland. Leading the cross-plant production planning organization, including heads of production planning and project managers, with accountability for capacity balancing, subcontracting, and network-wide alignment. Responsible for the production digitalization strategy and portfolio, aligning manufacturing processes, systems, and data with the division-wide IT and digital roadmap. Driving transparency, standardization, and scalable structures to build a flexible, data-driven, and future-ready production network – in close collaboration with managing directors, IT, and international leadership teams.
As sub-project lead for the production domain, I drive ERP transformation in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and top management. I thrive in a dynamic environment, manage diverse stakeholders, and ensure alignment between production needs and strategic ERP goals.
