Managing the team of back-end development team, responsible for the deployment of Marketing Materials on behalf of Ford Dealers in the UK and Ireland. As part of the role, I am responsible for a team of marketing specialists that deliver CRM activities relating to the Ford aftersales network. I am responsible for the Online Booking tool within the UK, requiring me to identify improvement opportunities for customers to book online.
Responsible for key dealer group aftersales performance within the UK. As part of the team, I would have to train and educate dealer staff around the incentives and performance metrics being measured from head office, to ensure continuous improvement for the guest experience is upheld. The role required use of data analytics to identify bottlenecks in the customer experience, to enable me to put in place action plans to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
Responsible for the upkeep of the test facilities, including electrical, mechanical, and gas systems throughout the plant. I was responsible to writing work permits, both generic and specific for various types of work, and ensuring the maintenance technicians adhered to the scope and details outlined in the permit. I championed health and safety within the department, which allowed me to implement various new systems and work processes to boost efficiency and safety within the department. Due to the nature of the operations, I was responsible for ATEX (explosive atmosphere) requirements within the department, and also the asbestos lead, meaning I would have to advise the maintenance technicians of any potential risks within their area of work.
