Frank has been SVP East Coast Operations since June 2017 and is responsible for Production, Post Production, Distribution, and Engineering for the CBS Television Network. He also assists with labor relations matters, including contract negotiations with major collective bargaining units. Prior to his current position, Frank was Vice President, Operations, CBS News, since April 1997. In this role he was responsible for the Division’s technical personnel and facilities worldwide, its computer and data services, and the exploration of the newest technologies to insure the most efficient newsgathering capabilities. .
