I devised strategies to augment the client's recruitment services. I led and mapped the business processes during and after workshops and provided key insights when developing Power BI dashboards. I worked on automating reporting capabilities and project managed the development of a suite of multiple Tableau dashboards and integrated several external data sources through the use of APIs and Alteryx. Working collaboratively with the stakeholders across functions, I led efforts across infrastructure set up, data visualisation and data management to enable the organisation to better analyse their data.
I was involved in the development of an Organisational Network Analysis to provide the leadership team the as-is view of a function. The analysis conducted helped the team understand and optimise where to host new hubs. This included data collection, development of multiple Tableau dashboards and presenting the insights to executive level stakeholders. I managed the data migration from legacy applications to SharePoint which included the design of the migration plan, working with stakeholders and managing the offshore team. The programme involved the purging of data, metadata management and better user experience.
