With over 25 years of ministry and leadership experience, Frank’s work focuses on helping churches align their mission with actionable steps that transform communities and deepen discipleship. Frank co-founded Phase Partners which helps churches implement a multi-use strategy for greater community impact and improved stewardship. Previously, he served as the Family Pastor at Elevation Church, creating systems to support families at scale, and as the Executive Director of Leadership Development at Orange, where he equipped thousands of church leaders to build thriving ministries. His career reflects a passion for empowering churches to lead with purpose, generosity, and resilience.
